Account & transactions: order history, invoices, payment status (we do not store full payment card numbers).

3. Purposes & Legal Bases

We process data to authenticate you and provide account access, fulfill services (manage invoices/orders, customer support), secure our services and prevent fraud/abuse, comply with legal/financial record-keeping, and improve our services and user experience.

Where required, we rely on your consent (e.g., Facebook permissions). Otherwise, processing is necessary for contract performance, our legitimate interests (security, service improvement), or legal obligations.

4. Sharing & Disclosures

We may share data with service providers (hosting, analytics, email, payment processors) under contractual confidentiality, authorities when required by law, and in connection with business transfers (e.g., merger, acquisition). We do not sell personal data.

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above, including legal/accounting requirements. When no longer required, we delete or anonymize it.

12. Facebook Page Comments

When you comment on a live broadcast hosted on the Jhaena Jewels Facebook Page, your comment may be displayed on jhaenajewels.com alongside on-site comments to provide a unified live commerce experience. What we receive from Facebook: - Your public comment text - Your Facebook display name (when permitted by Facebook's privacy policy) - A Facebook-issued page-scoped identifier (PSID), used only to identify repeat commenters within a single live broadcast - The timestamp of your comment What we do with this data: - Display your comment on the Jhaena Jewels website during and after the live broadcast - Match your comment to your customer account if you place an order on jhaenajewels.com after commenting "MINE" on a Facebook live - Provide order confirmation, customer service, and follow-up contact related to that purchase - Generate aggregate, non-identifying statistics about live broadcast engagement What we do NOT do: - Sell, lease, or transfer your data to third parties - Use your data for advertising targeting outside of Meta's own platforms - Combine your Facebook activity with off-Facebook tracking How long we keep this data: - Active comments are retained for the duration of the live broadcast - After the broadcast, comments are kept for 365 days for order matching and customer service - After 365 days, comments are anonymized (commenter name and PSID removed) but the comment text may be kept for analytics How to request deletion: - Email privacy@jhaenajewels.com with the subject line "Comment Deletion Request" and the live broadcast date - We will remove your comments within 30 days - You can also request deletion via Facebook directly using their data deletion process
